I will provide a ‘consultation only’ service for clients who wish to take full responsibility for all arrangements including removal, storage of the deceased, provision of a coffin, and all transport activities.

I will assess a client’s requirements through an initial consultation telephone call, e-mail or meeting, and suggest ways in which their needs can be met to provide a unique and completely satisfying professional service.

I will provide a totally personal, 1-person point-of-contact at all times. I guarantee a speedy response to e-mails and a telephone service answered personally except whilst I am actually with a client. Any messages left on an answerphone during these times will be responded to as soon as is possible.

I have the intention and aim to keep costs low at all times rather than trying to upsell products and services to maximise profit.

I will ensure my business is as eco-friendly as possible, by encouraging the use of natural or recyclable materials, preventing un-necessary use of vehicles, and using electronic rather than paper methods of communication where possible.
